It's simply a matter of perspective. Why slave away for a corporation when you can start your own and make 10 or even a hundred times as much?
It's simple a matter of choice. Is your work really what you wanted to have? Are you following your passion? Your dream? Are you fulfilled with what you're doing? (Chances are, you answer to the last question was a "No")
It's your choice to do what we want and be what we want.
To cut it shortly, the most successful and fulfilled people are those who get to do everything they want to do, but still get paid for it and they have the time to be with the important people in their lives.
